My stepdad had a 1 litre 1999 corsa. It was terrible.

To be honest, other than superminis, 1 litre cars are pretty miserable all across the board... Ours had the 1.4 engine, which was actually pretty adequate for city driving.

Agreed, other than the ecoboost fiesta (which has a turbo) I havent seen a decent 1 litre car.
